setting encoding in xsl
Hi everyone

When I am using Xalan to transform my XML-files the processor is
using the UTF-8 encoding independent of what's defined in my input
XML file. My XML-file is supposed to use the ISO-8859-1 encoding
and that's what I have set it to in the input file.

Can anyone tell me if I can set the encoding on some way, as an
argument to the processor or any other way maybe?

Thanx
Tomas
