Thanks for the clarification. I wasn't expecting a next-business-day formal
reply, just some verification that this is "in the works". It is good to
know that it is.

It would have been nice if the W3C had a formal way for people to send
comments on draft standards and the like - if there is any, I couldn't find
any.
