ANN: New release of the Koala XSL engine.

-The XSL engine works now with the Recommendation of DOM Level 1.0.
 (the package include DOM SDK PR3, but the engine could be used with 
 any DOM Level 1 Implementations.)

-Many bugs have been corrected too.

-New Feature: I have included the parent anchor ("..")

You can also use the Koala XML services (and so the XSL engine) via the
