All good points, but remember this was a primal scream of frustration, not 
necessariliy a serious suggestion.  Joe's reference to mu just brought to 
mind the image of Master TimBL offering the koan "Does a namespace name 
have IRI nature?" and the W3C grinding to a halt while everyone meditates 
on it :-)
