Does anyone know of XML namespace URI references that include fragment
identifiers?

I don't believe that the relative URI reference deprecation [1] had any
affect on the possibility of namespaces with fragment identifiers, but
I'd be very curious to hear if anyone's using URI references with
fragment identifiers.
