Re: schema trouble

The schemaLocation command is supposed to contain a namespace and a file
location.  So for example:

<transactions xmlns="http://www.publishing.org"
    xmlns:xsi="http://www.we.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
    xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.publishing.org trans.xsd">

if you don't want to declare a namespace you need to use the
noNamespaceSchemaLocation command.
