You could try Kohsuke Kawaguchi's XML Instance generator [1]

Some test documents, in various encodings from the Chinese XML Now! 
site [2]

The XML conformance test committee has a test suite that might be 
of use [3]

RDF dumps of the Open Directory project [4].
