Aye.  Strike the word 'Royalty' from 'Royalty Free' and I'll be happy.  I
see standardization process as a key counter balance against patent-happy
crowds who abuse the patent system.  If W3C adopts RAND, W3C will end up
being a four letter word to me.  - Don
