How would you pass the following URL into an XSL during development of a XSL within Stylus Studio? I would have to to pull the name value/pairs in order to create XML.

http://vip/my-bin/my?q_tsk=custsearch&q_phn=2146292710&sysid=SOMENAME&xml=y

I would also have to assume that the URL would need to be passed in as a parameter to the XSL once it has been deployed to a server and is invoked once that URL hits the server. Is this a correct assumption?

I would like to add that the URL would be used to create XML output.
