mark hollisSubject: How to trim field to 2 decimals inside a sequence tag
Author: mark hollis

Hello,

I've got the following line in a xsl file:

<xsl:variable name="priceColumns" as="xs:string*">
<xsl:sequence select="('NetPrice','Currency', 'FromQty', 'Contract', 'PriceUnit', 'ValidFrom', 'ValidTo')"/>
</xsl:variable>

However the field 'NetPrice' should be trimmed to only 2 decimal places so that when a value like '1860.5200000000002' is entered it gets cut to
'1860.52' how can I include a format-number function or something similar inside this sequence tag that does this job?

thanks,

Mark

Hi Mark,
format-number is a valid XSLT function, so you can invoke it inside the select expression.
