When I download stylus studio home 2009 using the link sent me in my purchase confirmation email or from the website, I can only download 269kb. when I launch the exe, I receive the following InstallShield Self-extracting error dialog message:
"This file is not the correct size or is corrupt, and is unusable."
I've attached the downloaded file.
Please advise.

Please clean out your browser cache and try again.
In IE, sometimes doing Ctrl+F5 will reload the page, expiring any links
also.

Hello,

I did what you suggested. With different browsers. And I am still having the same issue. I can only seem to download 295-300kb of the file.

I've never had this issue with other files. This is the first time I've seen something like this.

Please advise.

We are not sure about how to proceed; any chance you can try downloading the package from the canonical location, or from Tony's attachment with a different computer?

yeah, that's what I did. Apparently, when I try and download from your server behind my company's firewall, it doesn't like you. I downloaded to my home pc and xfer'd to my laptop. Sorry to have bugged you.
