I am using Stylus Studio 2006. When inserting documentation with Sense x enabled:

<xsd:annotation><xsd:documentation>Now is the time for all good men to come to the aid of their country</xsd:documentation></xsd:annotation>

When I start typing Sense x will produce:

<xsd:annotation><xsd:documentation/>

Instead of:

<xsd:annotation><xsd:documentation>

Which is what I want!

I'm working with a very large document and the extra time it takes me to backspace and delete "/>" and replace with ">" is annoying to say the least.

Can anyone tell me what's going on with this?

Thanks!

Hi Roger,
this was a bug that has been fixed in Stylus 2007; if you cannot upgrade, you can workaround it by modifying the <stylusdir>\bin\Plugins\Configuration Files\xmlschema.dtd and changing the declaration for xsd:documentation from

<!ELEMENT %documentation; ANY>

to

<!ELEMENT %documentation; (%annotation;)?>

Hope this helps,
Alberto
