This is very weird. I can modify the xsl directly and then see the changes in preview mode, but the keyboard seems disabled in the WYSIWYG window. I can't even highlight text. Yes, I'm absolutely sure that this is the WYSIWYG window and not the preview window: the editing tools are displayed, and as I move around the cursor, I can see the font name change, etc. I'm using the your-quotes example.

Can you post exact steps to reproduce the problem, beginning with opening Stylus? Also, what versions of Stylus, Windows and Internet Explorer are you running?

Here are the steps:
1) Run stylus from the start menu.
2) Accept the defaults from the "Open Stylesheet" wizard, ie. your-quotes.(xsl,xml)
3) From the Stylus menu, select View/WYSIWYG.
4) Move the mouse into the WYSIWYG pane, position the cursor before the Q and press the left mouse button.
5) The vertical text cursor appears properly.
6) Type "huh?".
7) Nothing happens.

The XSLT-based XML to HTML WYSISWYG functionality as described in some older marketing material and web page has been discontinued in the latest Stylus Studio version in favor of an improved module (XML Publisher) that supports both XSLT and XQuery.
