We have a 5-user license for Stylus Studio. We got it through Robert Esteppe. I've been using it off and on for several months. Today when I launched StylusStudio, it said there was an error communicating with the server and I would need to re-enter my license key. When I enter the key I get "The activation key you entered is not valid". What's going on?

John,
what version of Stylus Studio are you running? What's the exact error you are getting when you try using your activation key? Did you by chance get the activation key when you purchased Stylus Studio 6 release 3 and are you using it now against Stylus Studio 2006?

Can you email me (or stylus-field-report@progress.com) the activation key you are using?

BTW, I did try to open the attachment, but the image field seems to be empty... ...well, I succeeded in getting to the content finally, and I also answered some of my questions myself. If you are not running BL377o, could you upgrade to it (http://www.stylusstudio.com/update/pro-63.html)? Also, it would be great if you could confirm through email what activation key you are using.
