Jan HoffmannSubject: Schema refactoring
Author: Jan Hoffmann

Hi there,

I just started writing Schemas with Stylus Studio and found a neat feature called refacatoring I'd like to try out:
http://www.stylusstudio.com/xml_schema_editor.html
Unfortunately, there is no such context menu entry in my version (6 b212h). Any hints?

thanks a lot!

Jan,
the set of refactoring capabilities in 6.0 is limited; the upcoming 6.1
update is adding flexibility, including the possibility to copy and paste
types and elements (and related dependencies) from one schema to another.
If you are interested in beta testing an early version of the 6.1 release,
please send me an email (minollo@progress.com).

In general, it would be interesting to know what kind of refactoring
functionality you would expect/find useful.

Thanks,
Minollo

the one outlined on the page given above (make->type) looks useful. As you may have have seen on the screenshot I attached, my Schema needs to reorganised. However, thanks for your answer!
