XML-to-XML is a feature of the XSLT editor in Stylus 4.6 (also of the
XQuery editor in 5.0).

Stylus Studio does come with a command line version; but you may also want
to deploy your stylesheets using different well known XSLT engines, like
MSXML, Apache XalanJ, Saxon...

Well, you can choose to run your stylesheets from inside Stylus Studio
using a processor different from the built-in one. If you would like more
details about how to use Apache XalanJ or Microsoft MSXML, or the .NET XSLT
processor, you should look for detailed information on the web sites of
those companies.
If you would like more details about the Stylus Studio command line
utility, just runt "StylusXslt.exe" in the \bin directory, and
you will get this information:
c:\Program Files\SonicSoftware\Stylus Studio\bin>StylusXslt.exe
usage: StylusXslt [-fop] [-print] source stylesheet [result] [param=value]...
-fop: post-process the file generated by the XSLT processor using
Apache FOP
-print: print the generated output file
