Adam Van den HovenSubject: Odd behaviour with XSD documentation
Author: Adam Van den Hoven

I noticed that the documentation generated for XSDs does an odd thing when one uses xhtml for the xsd:documentation element. Specifically, the tags get dumped to the output with escaped braces. This is odd since one would have expected that the XHTML would simply get copied to the output.

Hi Adam,

Sorry for the delay in replying. I believe that XS3p has been designed
to escape tags without any distinction so the browser will be able to
redender them.
The are two templates involved:

{xsl:template match="xsd:appinfo | xsd:documentation" mode="properties"}

{xsl:template match="*" mode="xpp"}

We will investigate the possibility to enable XHTML in the
xsd:documentation element for future versions
Thank you for your valuable feedbacks

Ivan
