Hello,

I've just bought stylusstudio and want to convert a csv-file into XML (file, documents wizzard..).
After clicking OK the following error is displayed:

Command line failed:
java -cp "C:\Program Files\Stylus Studio Home Edition\bin\Plugins\FlatFileImport.jar;C:\Program Files\Stylus Studio Home Edition\bin\saxon.jar;C:\Program Files\Stylus Studio Home Edition\bin\xalan.jar;C:\Program Files\Stylus Studio Home Edition\bin\xercesImpl.jar" com.exln.stylus.Import -e ISO-8859-1 -R document -r row -m a -d 0x002c -q 0x0022 "C:\DOCUME~1\GG7245~1.VAN\LOCALS~1\Temp\tmpB.csv" C:\DOCUME~1\GG7245~1.VAN\LOCALS~1\Temp\csvC.xml
Initial Directory:
(null)

What do i have to do?

Tnx

Most likely you don't have a Java JRE or SDK installed; you can download
and install it from:
http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/download.html

An alternative answer is to use the new "Convert to XML" option
in Stylus Studio 6.
See http://www.stylusstudio.com/convert_to_xml.html for details,
http://www.stylusstudio.com/learn_convert_to_xml.html for a
video tutorial, or chapter 3 of the documentation for reference
materials.

Geert,
you are hitting a problem in the Home Edition package; CSV to XML uses a
module which is installed on demand, but the mechanism in some cases is not
properly triggered by the wizard.

You can force the installation of the missing component by:
- Create a new XSLT
- Choose a random XML source as input
- In the Scenario Properties dialog, under the processor tab choose XalanJ
- Run (XSLT | Preview) the stylesheet

Once that's completed, the missing component will be properly available.

Sorry for the problem,
Minollo
