I've created a pipeline. I used a choose, validation and xquery. Running the pipeline works as expected. Each step is performed.

I then generate the java code and compile. No errors, but the code will not execute. See below for the error message.

This sounds like a defect in the XML schema processor bundled with Java 1.6

Is Stylus Studio configured to use the same Java Virtual machine?
