I want to nest some XML files to three levels, like this:

Top.xml
.....|---->Level2_1.xml
.....|..........|---->Level3_1.xml
.....|
.....|---->Level2_2.xml
.................|---->Level3_2.xml

I can do it with the two levels using the <!Entity> 's, but as soon as I add in the third level it all does to pot and the XML is invalid.

Is there any way to do this nicely?

Background:
I am setting up configuration for an application (CruiseControl.NET) and I want to be able to extend the configuration easily as I add more projects to the application.

what do you mean by "the file is invalid"? Can you post what you have written so far?
