I'm unable to reproduce your problem. Please post or email me (alloyd@exceloncorp.com) your XML and XSL files. What version (from Help | About) of Stylus are you running?

Did you specify <xsl:decimal-format decimal-separator="." grouping-separator="," digit="#" zero-digit="0"/> as a top level element in your stylesheet?

I just added that and it didn't cause a problem.

I didn't include

<xsl:decimal-format decimal-separator="." grouping-separator="," digit="#" zero-digit="0"/>

as a top level element before, but I tried doing it, and I still get an Application Error (The instruction at "0x002398af" referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read".)

The stylus version is 2.0.08.
I am running Windows 2000 Professional.

As much as I like stylus, until this is sorted out I cannot use it for what I need,
so when my evaluation expires I won't buy...

I'd suggest downloading the latest version of the Stylus eval (2.0.10). If you still have a problem, please post your XML and XSL and I'll investigate further.

Install JDK or JRE 1.2.2. I've filed a bug report for this crash / lack of error reporting.
