I have created a Mega Schema that includes several schemas.
I have a requirement to create either one or several DTDs from this.
Is this possible?

It mostly depends on the structure of the XML Schema; but you can give it a try:
- File > Document Wizards...
- XML Schema to DTD

You can also try generating a sample XML from your XML Schema (from the XML Schema editor or Document Wizards), and then doing XML to DTD (through the XML editor or Document Wizards, again).

Hi,
That was my first thought of XML Schema to DTD, but I don’t have this as an option under Document Wizards.
DTD to XML Schema, yes, but not the XML Schema to DTD.

I have tried to create sample XML from the Schema, but it gives me a p1 Element, which does not appear in any model !!

OK; any chance you can send us the XML Schema(s) you are trying to convert, so that we can see why the generation of the XML sample is creating an invalid result? If you don't want to post here, feel free to email stylus-field-report@progress.com
