David DiPreteSubject: Seble WSDL using Soap_DOC
Author: David DiPrete

Attached is a WSDL generated by Siebel WEb services using a siebel_doc binding. My previouse post was using SOAP_RPC.

The resulting scenarios in both cases are incomplete and fail.
The connection succeds but the returning message reports
"Supplied input is not well formed or does not contain the expected data.(SBL-UNU-00137)"

HI David,

Thank You for reporting this.

Would be possible to get a more detailed description from the service provider?

May be the error code SBL-UNU-00137 can be used to dig into the cause.

This response comes form the generated scenario:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
<SOAP-ENV:Body>
<a:PrimaryRowId xmlns:ns1="http://siebel.com/asi/Siebel Account"/>
</SOAP-ENV:Body>
</SOAP-ENV:Envelope>

postion 189
line 69
refference to undeclared namespace prefix: 'a'.

Thanks David,

We are able to replicate the problem.

The namespace prefix is clearly wrong, that doesn't seem to happen in Stylus Studio 2006 R3.

Hope this helps

OK.
Is R3 available even in beta I would use it if it clears this problem.
Thanks

Hi David,

You will need to contact the sales team at stylusstudio@stylusstudio.com to evaluate which upgrade path is right for you; if you are on AUP it will be for free.

In the meanwhile you can evaluate R3 side by side.

We are still investigating the WSDL posted to be sure is fully supported.

Thank You for your help
