Stylus crashes with an address exception almost every time that I 'Delete Files' (i.e. clear the cache) in IE 5.0.

Exception: 0xc0000005
Address 0x70cacd37

Anyone else experience this? Any suggestions?

I can't reproduce this problem. Can you post exactly what version of IE you're running (from Help | About) and what version of Stylus you're running? At what point after your clicking "Delete Files" does Stylus crash?

Sure here are the steps:

1. I open Stylus v2.0 (2.0.06) and open an xsl and xml file.

2. I click on the IE 'Browser Preview' icon button to start IE.

3. I click 'Tools' then 'Internet Options', select the 'General' tab, then click 'Delete Files'. Click 'OK' to proceed.

4. When the delete finishes I click the 'OK' button at the bottom of the window in order to close the 'Internet Options' window. Immediately after clicking 'OK' is when the crash happens.

This time with different numbers:
Exception: 0xc0000005
Address 0x00429e44

Sorry I forgot to include the version of IE.
It is 5.00.2919.6307IC.

Thanks for the info. I'm still unable to reproduce it, but we'll record the problem.
