Hi, Jammy. Team Foundation Server should support the Microsoft Source Code Control APIs (MS SCC API), which is what Visual Studio supports, and it's also what SourceSafe exposes.
We haven't tested this with Stylus Studio, but if it's true then you should be able to use the source control server without additional work.

When I click on "Add To Source Control" or "New Project Wizard" I get a "Server Busy" error dialog when the name and password prompt is shown. Please see attached image.

Yes I was able to connect with Visual Studio 2005 Team Edition, Visual Studio 2003, and Visual Studio 6.

As I mentioned, connection to Team Server MSSCCI hasn't been tested (yet); we'll verify the behavior as soon as possible and we'll let you know what we find out.
