Windows installer "preparing setup" stays there forever. And both windows installer and stylus hang. The error signature: szAppName : Struzzo.exe szAppVer : 6.2.377.13 szModName : hungapp szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000 A complete reinstall didn't help.<br> Paul

MS Office deleted and back to normal order now.
