Hi
Is there a way to set a link in my xsl that retrieve information form another xml??

Is it possible to link two xml into one xsl and the output is one xml??

Yes - use the document() function from xpath.

For example:

(xsl:variable name="root" select="document('foo.xml')")

sets the variable root to contain the root node of the file foo.xml. You can now access all nodes in that document.

Hello,

I did the above mentioned declaration


but in stylus I get the error message saying that doc function is not yet implemented in expression. Please help me in resolving this.

I am using the eval version of xln2.0.

The document() function was implemented in a later version of Stylus than the one shipped with the 2.0 evaluation. If you're not sure you want to buy Stylus yet, I believe the Stylus-only trial may be a later version that contains document() support.
