Hello, I purchased and downloaded my copy of Stylus Studio v4.5 from Digital River. I want to install this product but each time I try to install it, I get an error that reads: The current Excelon Stylus Studio License you are using is expired. Please contact Excelon Corporation. I tried to uninstall the evaluation version that I had on my machine before and then delete all registry entries but still having problems. The copy I am trying to install is in fact the licensed version. Why am I getting this and how do I fix it? Thanks.

If that happens you are still installing an evaluation package (maybe a cached version of the installation package is what you got when trying to download from Digital River).
I'm redirecting your message internally so that we can take care of your problem.

BTW, I believe you purchased version 5.1, not 4.5.
