Hi,

I'm getting crashes (more on that elsewhere), but your crash dialog always tries to use Outlook, not Outlook Express (which is my default mail handler), thus the attempt to send you the diagnostic details always fails.

Is there a work-around ?

Bill,

The Report utility uses the default MAPI client.
Please verify that under

Control Panel -> Internet Properties -> Program -> E-mail

you have Microsoft Outlook configured.
