Lee HumphriesSubject: SS4.5 103i Crash: After getting update from VSS
Author: Lee Humphries
Date: 13 Nov 2002 06:55 PM
I had just begun editing a file under source control, when I was given the usual prompt about whether I wanted to check it out.
After that I was greeted with another prompt informing me that the file had been updated. I selected the option to update my copy of the file - and SS crashed.
Struzzo.log attached

After reopening the project I find that I now have the file checked out to me and my local copy is apparently updated.

This problem seems related to other two occasional crashes reported in the
past few days and recorded in the log file in the same (not very helpful)
way; we are trying to understand what the problem can be; if you find a
pattern that makes the application always crash, please let us know.

Thanks,
Minollo
