I'd just started SS with a project (file attached). No files were open for editing. I double-clicked on the "main.xsl" file listed in the project window in order to open that file. SS crashed immediately, before opening up main.xsl.

Even if you don't see any file explicitly open, the problem is most likely
related to files that are open as a consequence of double clicking on
main.xsl. Can you reproduce the crash at will? Can you send us (or me using
my email address) main.xsl and the file you use as XML source?

I'm sorry for the delay in replying. The files you asked for contain protected information and I'm trying to find out if I'm able to pass them on to you.

Unfortunately, I'm unable to reproduce the problem. It appears to be a one-time or very intermittent problem.

We hope the problem has been fixed in BL103k, available now on
http://www.stylusstudio.com/update (4.x section)

As we have never been able to reproduce the crash, we can't be sure, but we
did find and fixed a problem in the general area of the crash you have
reported.
