I have a user with some problems. When they go to "about stylus studio" under help they get an error, stating to post here and attach the log file. They also get a Dr Watson when trying to run a script. Any ideas? The script can be run on other machines.

Paul,

The about crash could be related to JDK/JRE not installed properly.
The msxml:script crash, does it happen with a particular script or with
any script ?

BTW, looks like they are running BL69i; I would suggest an upgrade to the
latest 3.1 build at least: BL69w
