Stylus doesn't support XSLT 1.1 because there is no such specification. The
working group that was developing it decided to abandon the project in an
early stage and convert the work already done in a list of requirements for
XSLT 2.0.

Not by means of standard XSLT instructions; but you can try writing a Java
extension that receives a DOM node and writes it in a file
