Didier RanoSubject: View Sequence/Choice in Diagram
Author: Didier Rano

I am using 4.0 build 088, and I found a bug.
In diagram view, a Sequence has the same icon than Choice icon if you Choice is described before a sequence :

xs:choice
...
xs:sequence
...

And, there are a problem with icon for sequence in a description of a type of an element.

The "Properties" window shows the aggregator model, but I agree with you
that using a different icons will improve the schema readability. It
will be done for the next update.

If a element is an extension of a complex type, then the icon which show the subelements is always a 'choice' icon, and not 'sequence' or others possibilities.

I am having problems trying to replicate the problem, given your description.
Can you send us a simple XML Schema that shows this behavior, with a text
or image showing what you are expecting?

Thanks,

Alberto
