Hi,

I've just downloaded the release of version 4.0 for a look and thought I'd try it against some XSDs that contained rather dodgy namespace declarations.

The chain of XSDs involved is something like this:
Outer XSD - no namespace, imports Middle XSD with a namespace.
Middle XSD - namespace, imports Inner XSDs without a namespace (not even a namespace= declaration)
Inner XSDs - no namespace.

Try validating something like that - Bang!

Hi,
the only information we can extract from the log is that the crash happened inside Xerces. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to reproduce it using the informations you provided; can you post or e-mail the files you name?

Sorry you can't repeat the crash. The collection of schemas that generated this is too large (and commercially sensitive - blah, blah, blah...) for me to upload. I'll try to produce an example set that produces the same crash.
