I generate a schema for the attached document. When I then check to see if it is valid, I get the following error message:

Validating xln://lwalstadto8000/demonstrateStylus/xml/TelCoInvoices...
xln://lwalstadto8000/demonstrateStylus/xml/TelCoInvoices.xml:1,240: Invalid attribute name:'xmlns:xsi' - declaration ignored
xln://lwalstadto8000/demonstrateStylus/xml/TelCoInvoices.xml:1,240: 'AMT' and 'AMT' violate the Unique Particle Attribution rule

The XML document xln://lwalstadto8000/demonstrateStylus/xml/TelCoInvoices is NOT valid

Leonard,
thanks for pointing us to these bugs: as a workaround, you should delete in
the generated schema the xsd:sequence block at the lines 212-214 and the
xsd:attribute definition at line 370
