Scott BerresSubject: App is replacing my   with whitespace
Author: Scott Berres

Does anyone know or come across the situation where stylus studio replaces all #160; with a whitespace?
We can't use this application anymore for stylesheet creation because of this problems.

Thanks,

Scott,
the operation which is converting your #160's in whitespaces is probably
the "indent" command; that command goes through an XML parsing operation of
your stylesheet source. Unfortunately the underlying Xerces parser doesn't
allow us to keep track of entities expressed with their numeric values:
they are silently converted into their equivalent character.
In the future we'll have to modify Xerces to make it behave as it already
does for non-numeric and non-parametric entities (which are not converted
into their equivalent character).

In your case, for the time being I can only suggest to use nbsp; rather
than #160;. Or to never use the "indent" functionality...
