Steps:

File>New>XSLT Stylesheet

Copy in an existing Stylesheet in edit pane

Clicked "Preview XSLT Result" Button, which spawned the scenario window

Clicked "..." next to "source XML URL" which spawned an "open" window to select a file for the scenario.

Clicked "Project" button in left pane. 10 seconds of HDD action then it throws...

What build number are you running? (Help|About)
Can you send me or post the struzzo.log file which should have been
generated in your Stylus Studio bin directory?

This problem is now fixed in BL61c; you can download it from:
http://download.exceloncorp.com/downloads/studio/iftw_beta/stylus%20studio.htm
