Dominic VieiraSubject: Potential bugs?
Author: Dominic Vieira

When I preview the output of an xquery file, elements that have calculations defined ie. <element>{(1+2)}<element/> the '{''}' disappear in the output. So instead of the output value 3 in the example above the output value is (1+2)? This happens periodically. Any reason why?
Second potential bug I found is I have defined my input source as a Global variable. Periodically, when I open the xquery file I loose the parameter values in the scenario and I have to return the document paths.

Any explaination would be appreciated.

We have never experienced those kind of problems; and another couple of tests I just run worked fine for me.

What Stylus Studio version/build are you running (Help > About)? What XQuery processor are you using (Processor tab in the Scenario settings)?

You mention neither problem happen consistently; is there any execution path you can detect that determinstically causes those problems?

Thanks.
