I suppose since the feature set of 3.1 is closed, this wont make it until the next upgrade version but its really too bad.

I created a project from a source safe database and the resulting project, with all the folders is really quite nice...

Unfortunately the project window shows the full URL of each of the files. I honestly don't care about the full URL. All I care about is the file name. I know most of the hierarchy from the folders and the root of the project isn't really useful either. Now I have to scroll the window horizontally to figure out which file I need to open. Horizontal scrolling is evil.

right click on any item in project you will see a context menu which
contains a 'Show Full URL' at the bottom. choose this will toggle the full
url option.
