At Balisage we will discuss working with non-XML content  as if it were XML,
converting
content into and out of XML, and making XML more tractable in various ways.
There will
be presentations on markup-related tools and specifications. And reports on a
wide variety
of markup projects, some using XML, some using other markup languages, and
some
that use multiple approaches to content markup.
