I never said it was "futile" or "fundamentally flawed" -- just that
what is in-scope and out of scope for "streaming" needs to be defined.

I personally was very surprised, when I realized that very big text
nodes aren't covered. Maybe explicitly saying so in the document will
save time and disappointment for many potential users. And if text
streaming cannot be handled in this version of XSLT, please, clearly
say so.
