 Public identifier for XSLT
I'm testing a CMS and one of its requirements for an XSLT to be defined as an
XSLT, is a public identifier. I looked at the schema-for-xslt20.xsd and can't
see one there. Is there one? If so what is it. And if so it should be for XSLT
2.0.

Thanks
