For UI responsiveness and solid well-focussed features I agree you can't beat the the VS XSLT UI (it still lacks some of the glitz and peripheral features of the other tools though). For info, the XML Team were doing an onling survey in September, asking questions such as 'Should VS2008 support multiple XSLT processors?' (I'm paraphrasing here), so maybe there's some hope for the future. Some time ago, Oxygen did have reported issues with XML files that contained no line feeds (see Jeni Tennison's blog: http://www.jenitennison.com/blog/node/41), I'm guessing this should be fixed by now.
