As far as I know, this namespace means that you are using a very old
processor from Microsoft, which implemented some draft of a language
similar to XSLT, which did not become a standard.

I think, no body will advice you to work with this language. Your
stylesheet will be hugely non portable. I would suggest, please move
to proper XSLT language.
