 Could this thread die now? Seems we're kind of chasing our tails here. Scott -- It doesn't generally work like that. Anyone can start a thread, but requests to have the last word on a topic (which is, in essence, what you have done here) are, at best, ignored and, at worst, inflammatory. Once a topic has been raised, and as long as it is within the scope of the list, it will live as long as people are interested in posting.
