Which is to say you want to test if there is more than one parent of a channel_object. So you don't need any recursive templates or variables for that it's just <xsl:variable name="morethanonenetwork" select="boolean((//channel_object/..)[2])"/> > English is my second language. Your english is pretty good, understanding the english text wasn't the problem, see the list guidelines at the URL included at the end of every message, which advise giving _short_ complete examples, and stating what result you got and what result you wanted.
