Writing results across the network withj xsl:result-d
My interest was sparked by the thread on doing HTTP POSTs to web
services.

I thought I'd see what could be dome first with simply writing results
to network destinations.

As a result, getalt can write to network destinations by coding a
mailto, ftp or http URI as the value of the href attribute for
xsl:result-document.

Testing with Saxon 8.6B with JDK 1.5.0_01 on Fedora Core 4 Linux shows
that mailto and ftp work, but not http.

Since Saxon relies on the JDK for URI schemes other than file, your
results might differ, according to what JDK you have installed.
