ANN: Saxon.NET v.8.1.1 strongname'd assemblies now av

Look for an official announcement regarding the availability of the
Saxon.NET 8.3 bits from Pieter later this week.  I am presently going
through the source line by line and looking for any potential hickups
such that we can avoid having to deal with problems later.  Pieter is
busy rallying the troops and preparing things such that we can begin
to help bring Saxon.NET from a cute toy we have sitting on the shelf
to a fully documented and sampled open source project ready to take on
all that you can throw at it and more.  Just don't throw any food,
especially fruit... its a makes a mess and Pieter starts to get agro
and that doesn't make any of us happy (you really don't want to see
Pieter get agro, do you?) :D ;)
