well yes you can use modes (which is probably best, or at least the least
obscure) but if there is any way of distinguishing these Menu nodes from
the ones  that use the other template you can use that.
For example if this Menu is at the top level of $xmldoc but your other
Menu elements are not, then you could use match="/Menu". It all
depends...
